Hi - I’m Darren Tebbenham.

I started out helping athletes to master their mind to win as a sport psychologist.

I quickly transitioned into “exercise psychology” working in cardiac rehabilitation to help cardiac patients master their mind to change their long-term habits and therefor health!

Having completed my undergraduate training and master’s degree, I was on course to get my PhD and continue my academic career (I was a lecturer at the Uni of Liverpool for 3 years prior).

I then quit my job, quit my PhD and became a Personal Trainer (yes, brave move).


Worked in Europe and in Australia for years as a Personal Trainer specialising in helping clients flip that switch inside their head and change their long term habits for good.

I then opened my own PT School to teach personal trainers.

Taught +3000 of them!

Today, I’ve helped thousands of fitness professionals, tens of thousands of clients, including those inside our own fitness studio, too.

Hi, and, I'm Allison.
